Creartec White Gesso

High-quality acrylic chalk base for the priming process of fixed and textile surfaces. Water-soluble, dissolvent-free, sun fast and insusceptible to ageing. Gesso has a very high absorption capability due to leaving a slightly rough surface after drying. It can be coloured-in with acrylics and is also very suitable for use with oil, acrylics, aquarelle and gouache painting. It can be diluted with water and applied to the surface in one or more layers. After drying it possesses a high water-density which builds up a very hard painting surface, which is very important when painting-over high quality putty. Drying time: 2 – 3 hours. After use, wash tools thoroughly with water.
